In my initial sessions basic exercises almost felt impossible and after my whole body ached. Towards the end, there was no pain afterward and I was shocked by how much better at the exercises I had become. I want to eventually get myself down to a healthy weight and not be overweight (for the first time in a long time!!). My main tip to maintain my weight loss come from that very first chat with Ashley: "It's not a diet, it's a lifestyle change".  

 If I was to give one line of encouragement to someone looking to start a fitness regime it would be this: The sooner you start the less daunting it will be, bite the bullet and what's the worst that could happen...you may even find that you quite enjoy it!
